Our method of working is not all that different from other similar companies. We however deem it very important to employ a certain step-by-step plan so we are 100% sure that we do not overlook something.

Step 1 : Intake conversation
We start with an intake conversation (over the phone and/or face-to-face). In this conversation, we first listen to you, and then start asking rather than talking. We get inside your head by means of what we call our ‘creation briefing’.

Step 2: Working out the concept and the price proposition
Basing ourselves on the acquired information, we go one step further and work out an effective concept proposition with a corresponding detailed price proposition. This proposition is the basis for the further expansion of our possible cooperation.

Step 3: Declaration of intent
After you have given your feedback, we refine the entire proposition so we can come to an agreement concerning concept, budget and realization.

Step 4: Preproduction phase
In this phase we bring in our b-administrative employees! They make sure that the necessary bookings and appointments with our partners and suppliers are made. They also see to it that you know how to operate the necessary internal communication means so that everyone can provide you with cut-and-dried answers at all times. Schemes are drawn up and a permanent budget check is carried out so you do not have to deal with unexpected events at the end of the day.

We get in touch with you on a regular basis to make sure that your investment pays off.

Step 5: D-day
It does not matter how large your event is, there is always a b-Project Manager present on D-day. He or she guides you through the entire event and is your contact person for any questions and/or remarks, big or small, that you may have. Not only do they have a coordinating function, but they also put their shoulders to the wheel! That’s just what we like to do.

Step 6: Evaluation
Every project is evaluated. We do that in the office, but also together with you. We think it’s important to clearly hear what you thought of the project. Every project is an experience and exactly that experience can be refined and improved every time. Together we strive for the ultimate perfection!
